About KESSHŌ
KESSHŌ was founded in 2019 by Mark Huetsch and Liang Wang. Liang was born and raised in Beijing and studied pastry in Tokyo, while Mark spent 14 years in China. They draw on these experiences to bring you Asian tastes that accentuate the unique flavor profiles of cacao carefully sourced from around the world.
Since their founding, KESSHŌ has won several prestigious international awards, including Gold at the 2025 International Chocolate Awards World Final, Gold at the 2024 Academy of Chocolate World Final, and selection as a 2026 Good Food Award Finalist, and will continue to push the boundaries of exceptional chocolate.

ABOUT HEART OF DINNER
Heart of Dinner is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit public charity that addresses food insecurity, social isolation, and loneliness among Asian American older adults living in under-resourced and underinvested communities. Every week, they home deliver hand-decorated care packages with at least three days of culturally comforting meals, fresh produce, and a handwritten love note. Your support helps them nourish over 900 Elders across Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, and The Bronx, with a growing presence in Los Angeles, and respond when crises put even more Elders at risk.

Every paper bag becomes a small work of art. Volunteers paint and draw with care. Elders often collect and display these bags in their homes as daily reminders that they matter and are deeply loved.
